1. Tender & Pre-Construction (Public Sector Requirements)

We begin by reviewing the tender documents in detail — including scope, drawings, specifications, access restrictions, timelines and budget requirements. Our estimating team prepares a fully compliant submission with clear pricing, programme information and all required certifications.
Because we work regularly with councils and housing providers, we understand the importance of documentation and transparency. We submit everything needed to support the tender process, including insurance certificates, health & safety policies, quality procedures, environmental statements and relevant accreditations.
Once awarded, we arrange pre-start meetings to align expectations, confirm timelines and agree communication protocols before any works begin.

2. Planning & Specification for Council and Housing Projects

Before work starts on site, we prepare all project-specific documentation. This includes a Construction Phase Plan in line with CDM 2015, site-specific RAMS, and COSHH assessments. We also liaise with manufacturer technical teams to ensure systems are installed to specification and warranty standards.
For occupied buildings, such as housing or schools, we plan resident or staff communication in advance. We agree access routes, delivery schedules, waste removal, welfare facilities and working hours with the client to minimise disruption.

3. Safe On-Site Roofing Delivery (Schools, Housing, Commercial)

Once on site, our experienced Site Manager oversees the project and acts as the main point of contact. Daily briefings, toolbox talks and routine inspections ensure health and safety standards are maintained at all times.
Our teams are trained, accredited and approved to install leading systems such as Bauder, Langley and Polyroof. Work areas are clearly marked, and we work efficiently to minimise disruption — especially when buildings remain in use.
We maintain open communication throughout the project, providing progress updates, managing variations correctly and documenting each stage for quality control and client assurance.

4. Health & Safety, Compliance & Accreditations (CHAS, SMAS, ISO)

Health and safety is embedded into every aspect of our work. We follow strict safety procedures, working at height regulations and manufacturer guidelines. Our teams hold CHAS, SMAS, Constructionline, ISO and other key accreditations that demonstrate our commitment to safe and compliant working.
All installations are inspected during and after completion to guarantee the systems meet specification. We work in partnership with manufacturer representatives and client-side surveyors to ensure full compliance and high-quality workmanship.
Any issues identified are resolved immediately — before handover — maintaining high standards and complete client confidence.

5. Quality Assurance, Sign-Off & Handover

As the project nears completion, we carry out final quality checks, snagging and joint inspections with the client. We ensure every element of the work meets the required standard and specification before sign-off.
At handover, we provide all warranties, test certificates, O&M manuals and photographic evidence. We ensure the client is fully informed about system performance, maintenance requirements and any ongoing support available.
